Have you ever had an event trigger some past memories of your childhood? I did the other day. My mind then started wandering as I remembered my best friend from my childhood growing up. His name was Roger Lee Watson. I have often wondered how his life turned out. I still remember the first time we met. We had moved into a new home and my mom was cleaning windows. This little boy of about 8 years comes up and say’s HI, my name is Roger. From that time on we were friends through my teens years. His family loved to do racing on motorcycles. I still remember going for rides. He was the one who gave me my first sweet 16  kiss under the moonlight stars. I still remember him and his family like it was yesterday. He had a brother and 2 sisters. As life moves on our life paths changes.  He joined the Marines. I received a couple of letters from him. I still have a photo of him in his Marine dress. He then met someone they had a little boy and then moved to Arizona.
