<p><strong>9 Tips On How To Build Positive Thinking</strong></p>
<p>Being the boss of your very own online business has its advantages and disadvantages. On one hand, you do not have anyone telling you what to do. On the other hand, you do not have anyone to give you that extra push or motivational support when you are feeling down and any emotional support.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
For example, at a typical 9 to 5 job, you can vent to other employees about your boss, about how unfairly you be treated, or how a client or customer is being completely irrational.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
However, when you are working at home and in business for yourself, you are the boss &#8211; you do not have to face-to-face interactions with employees or contractors. As a result, you do not have anyone to vent to or to give you that motivational pep talk that you sometimes need.<span id="more-4471"></span></p>
<p>&#13;<br />
So, what happens? Well, you probably let negative feelings build up, or sometime even worse, you probably vent to yourself with negative self-talk, which will slow down your productivity and makes you feel just plain lousy.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
If you are feeling lousy, then how can you ensure that your business will prosper and grow? How can you enhance business and personal relationships? Briefly, you cannot.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
To leave those &#8220;negativity thinking and lousy feeling&#8221; into the trash and be motivated, you should have positive mental attitude, here are some tips to help you build up your positive thinking.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
1. Be Committed &#8211; Make a positive commitment to yourself that you will do your very best and be all that you can be. Feel proud of yourself on what you are doing and never, ever, ever giving up.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
2. Accept Challenges &#8211; Being your own boss and owner of your own online business can be scary and a bit intimidating at times. Do not afraid of fail, learn from your mistakes and you constantly grow.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
3. Be in Control &#8211; Keep your mind focused on important things. Set goals and priorities for what you want to do and accomplish. Control your own destiny.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
4. Do not Criticize Yourself &#8211; There is no use criticizing yourself once you have made a mistake. Simply learn from your mistakes and move on. Create your own feelings and make your own decisions. Do not let other people trigger your mental habits. In addition, do not associate yourself with negative people or people who try to discourage your business efforts.</p>

5. Take a Time Out &#8211; Your business still there and will not go anywhere if you take some time off. Do not worry about impending projects. Everyone needs a break. If you do not, your mental health will surely suffer &#8211; and so will your business relationships.</p>

6. Practice Makes Perfect &#8211; Stop worrying about getting everything right. No one is perfect, it is okay to make mistake, and we all do though. Accept mistakes as a part of life and move on.</p>

7. Pleasing Yourself &#8211; It is good to try to please others, but not at the sake of displeasing yourself. Thus, make sure you remember that everyone has the right to have angry feelings. You do not have to please everyone all of the time.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
8. Do not Afraid to Try &#8211; Just because you have not tried something does not mean that you will not be good at it. Give yourself permission to try something new, and then do the best you can. If you do not get succeed at the first time, try again. Do not let &#8220;I can&#8217;t&#8221; or &#8220;I can&#8217;t do it&#8221; hang you.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
9. Ask For Help &#8211; There nothing wrong with asking for help. We are only human, do not think you are incompetent simply because you cannot do it all, treat yourself with kindness, get others help when you need and learn to enjoy life.</p>

In conclusion, you can maintain and develop a positive mental attitude. You can become your own biggest fan. You can turn negatives into positives &#8211; or like the saying goes &#8220;turn that frown upside down!&#8221;</p>

<p><strong>The Law of Attraction and Positive Thinking &#8211; a Powerful Combination</strong></p>
<p>Recently the release of the movies &#8220;The Secret&#8221; and &#8220;What The Bleep Do We Know&#8221; have created quite a stir of curiosity. Many people have been inspired by the information released in these movies and are now contemplating how they can begin to adopt the Law of Attraction and positive thinking as part of their everyday living. The movies were an amazing forward for those who have not previously heard of the Law of Attraction and quantum physics, and were released at a time of immense spiritual transformation and conscious awakening on our abundant planet.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
How do you define the Law of Attraction? In the words of Abraham this universal law can be explained as &#8220;That which is like unto itself is drawn&#8221;. Whatever you focus on a consistent basis, you will attract into your life.<span id="more-4409"></span></p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Our universe, and everything within it, is made up of energy fields that produce varying vibrational frequencies. Our words, thoughts, feelings, actions, beliefs and attitudes all contain vibrations which are attracted to other like vibrations. Our current reality is a representation of what we have created,invited or attracted with our words, actions, thoughts and feelings. The quotation by Thomas Dreir is a great explanation of this universal law &#8216;The world is a great mirror. It reflects back to you what you are. If you are loving, if you are friendly, if you are helpful, the world will prove to be loving and friendly and helpful in return. The world is what you are.&#8217;</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Unfortunately, manifesting your desires is not quite as simple as taking time out to visualize your desires and from there the Law of Attraction and positive thinking will do the rest. Unless you have a magic genie hidden under your bed it is unlikely that millions of dollars will magically appear in your life as you sit on the couch meditating on your dream of becoming unbelievably rich. Yes, we definitely do have to determine what we wish to achieve and visualize what we desire, however there are two other vital ingredients which are extremely important if you wish to achieve your gaols.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Firstly, focus attention on what you desire and feel the excitement within as if your desire is currently in your reality. If it is a new car that you desire, then feel the excitement as you hold in your hand the keys to your dream car &#8211; visualize the color and shape, smell the leather interior, hear the purr of the engine and feel the power as you drive your brand new car out on the open highway.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Secondly, if you would like to achieve your goals more quickly you must do something that moves you towards your goal. Visualizing and talking about your goals is fantastic, however, by consciously putting in place a daily action, be it big or small, you will bring your dreams into your reality much quicker.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Our Universe is abundantly generous and willing and able to deliver our requests &#8211; so be careful when wishing for something and ensure that it is truly what you desire. It is time for you to take control and actively create the life your desire by applying the Law of Attraction and positive thinking.</p>

Be positive and think about yourself. Self-awareness brings you to know you’re self-well&#8230; You will find balance and honest views of your own personality, and will frequently have the ability to interact with others frankly and confidently. Self-awareness then works with self-talk, by building positive thinking. You just can’t lose with self-talk. </p>

How to find self-awareness through self-talk: <br />&#13;<br />
You start with finding a quiet area. Next, visualize yourself sitting across the room with someone else in the room. You are safe so don’t worry. The person sitting across the room is you. You want to get to know this guy, because this is your best friend and the only true human being that you can trust for life. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Now, picture your friend. Ask your friend how he feels about self. Ask him what is going on in his life and tell him you are there to lend a hand. Give encouragement to your friend so he will return to you and offer you a lending hand when in need. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Each day that you come to know you, you will find your life much easier. Instead of waging judgment on you, enjoy your self-talk with you by making it a fun adventure. </p>

ME: Hi, how are you today.<br />&#13;<br />
I reply, Oh, I am fine. A little worn down from working long-hours.<br />&#13;<br />

ME: And what do they owe you for such hard work? <br />&#13;<br />

<p><strong>Positive Thinking &#8211; Making The Impossible Become Possible</strong></p>
<p>Positive thinking is way more than a mental attitude. Positive thinking can help you with managing stress and can even help you with managing your health. How can it do this? </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
You have thousands of thoughts running through your subconscious mind every second of every day. Your automatic thoughts are what set the Law of Attraction in motion. The Law of Attraction is simply this: The universe is made up of energy. The energy in the Universe is vibrating with your thoughts. If your thoughts are negative, the energy vibration you set out is negative. The things you then attract to you are negative. It gives you back what you think. It is like an echo of what is in your mind.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
For example, if your core belief about money is: &#8220;It is too hard to be rich, you either have to be lucky, or you are a shark&#8221; then you will never have much money. If your core belief about anything is that it is impossible to do, then you will never accomplish whatever it is that you believe that about. I used to think that I would never to be able to be a success as a business owner. I was told by my dad from a very young age that women become teachers or nurses. That is the best job to have when they have children. I was led to believe that women couldn&#8217;t be good at business. The best professions for women were nurses and teachers. I have always been interested in business, and always tried to start a business in my spare time as a teacher. But it never worked, because I believed I couldn&#8217;t do it.<span id="more-4288"></span></p>
<p>&#13;<br />
It was only after I learned about the Law of Attraction that I decided to set my goal on having my own business. I was wondering how to start using the Law of Attraction. Then I met someone who mentored me. I learned how to use my mind to think positively. I used EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to change my core beliefs. I then set my goal on having my own business. I started taking action in marketing my business and I am happy to report to you that I am now a successful business owner.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
How can you use this information and do what you thought was impossible? The answer is: Positive Thinking. You have to be the master of your mind. You cannot let anything in that is even slightly negative. Every time you catch yourself even talking slightly negative in your self-talk, switch immediately to a few well thought out affirmations, and repeat them over and over in your mind. You can say things to yourself like: &#8220;I am successful&#8221; &#8220;I am a winner&#8221; &#8220;I am becoming more prosperous every day&#8221; &#8220;I am good at x, y or z&#8221; Do this whenever you catch yourself thinking negatively.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Or you can simply turn the negative thought into a positive one. Say your subconscious mind says to you: &#8220;There is no way this will work&#8221; You can change it into &#8220;I am going to make this work&#8221;.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
You can try EFT as a way to clear your negative patterns. Then set your goal. To achieve your goal you should have a picture of it, and hang it up where you can see it every morning when you wake up, and every night before you go to sleep. If it is a new bigger house in a good neighborhood, get a picture of the kind of house you want and hang it up where you can see it. If it is more money you want, write yourself a check for the desired amount and hang it where you can see it often. If it is a new car, put a picture of the car you want where you can see it.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Now do those actions you need to do to bring about the desired results. Watch out, because things will happen that will make it difficult for you. Firstly, you get what I call &#8220;Naysayers&#8221; Negative people who tell you it can&#8217;t be done. Then things will happen to take your eyes off your goal. Don&#8217;t be distracted! Keep your target before you and remember to keep doing the actions you need to do to get to your goal. You will be rewarded. The impossible will become possible. Remember the Wright brothers who wanted to fly. Everyone said it was impossible. Look at us today, we can fly anywhere in the world.</p>

<p>Arnold Schwarzenegger started life in a tiny village of Graz in Austria . It was his father who first encouraged him to participate in some kind of sport.</p>
<p>However it wasn&#8217;t until the age of 15 that he first began lifting weights. But even at that early age he was decisive and positive declaring:</p>
<p>&#8220;I want to be the best built man in the world. Then I want to go to America and be in movies. I want to be an actor.&#8221;<span id="more-4283"></span></p>
<p>And with this sort of drive and intention he became unstoppable, for after just five years of training he was declared Mr Universe &#8211; The Greatest Bodybuilder on the planet.  He subsequently went on to raise the bar further constantly pushing himself to 13 more major titles. It was clear that his laser beam focus and concentration played a great part in his success and that his inner power was the key to much of his success as to his outer lifting abilities.</p>
<p>&#8220;I knew I was going to be a bodybuilder. It wasn&#8217;t simply that either. I would be the best bodybuilder in the world, the greatest, the best-built man.&#8221; </p>
<p>Through meticulous gathering of knowledge of his subject and immense passion and devotion success was always going to be his, but only because he made it for himself, no-one did it for him&#8230;.he wasn&#8217;t lucky! Far from it, he created his own reality.</p>
<p>&#8220;I wanted more, I demanded more of myself.&#8221;</p>
<p>It is clear now that Arnold had tremendous belief in himself and refused to give in or waver from his goals. He knew what he wanted then went and got it, no matter what. He regularly used creative visualization produce astonishing results.</p>
<p>In his bodybuilding life his mind was: </p>
<p>&#8220;utterly dominated by Reg Park. His image was my ideal. It was fixed indelibly in my mind.&#8221; </p>
<p>Reg Park was another top bodybuilder whom he wished to defeat.</p>
<p>&#8220;The more I focused in on this image and worked and grew, the more I saw it was real and possible for me to be like him.&#8221;</p>
<p>Arnold had clearly discovered the power of mind over the body. He also realized realized emotional distractions and worry weakened him. These negative influences took strength away from his workouts which he hated. It came to his notice that the people surrounding him also made a difference. Negative people tended to try to stifle him not believing in his goals and focused lifestyle. He found negative people were not at ease around him until they had either pulled him down or he had won them around to his way of positive thinking. </p>
<p>&#8220;I remember certain people trying to put negative thoughts into my mind, trying to persuade me to slow down. But I had found the thing to which I wanted to devote my total energies and there was no stopping me.&#8221;</p>
<p>He was determined not to let anyone distract him no matter what. He was persistent in his efforts and held his dreams in his mind always. Arnold clearly understood the principle that: success breeds success, declaring:</p>
<p>&#8220;<a rel="nofollow" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/article_exit_link');" href="http://www.PositiveMindWealth.com">Positive Thinking</a>  can be contagious. Being surrounded by winners helps you develop into a winner.&#8221;</p>
<p>Arnold&#8217;s tremendous progress as a teenager continued. He continuously challenged himself through his self imposed goals and bust through many road blocks inwardly and outwardly but in short&#8230;his dream was coming true!</p>
<p>&#8220;I wanted that body and I didn&#8217;t care what I had to go through to get it.&#8221;</p>
<p>At just 18 Arnie was called up for his military national service joining the tank corp. However this put him in a difficult position as it meant he wouldn&#8217;t be allowed to compete in the junior &#8216;Mr Europe&#8217; being held in Germany that year. However his determination to compete and succeed forced him to risk all and go AWOL. Naturally he took the top prize and a big trophy but also picked up a week in solitary confinement for his troubles. It seemed there was no sacrifice to great for Arnold to achieve his goals. </p>
<p>Next he went on to win Mr Universe in London and following this his dreams led him to the US where he immediately came across much tougher competition and initially came up short. However it didn&#8217;t take him long to assess his weaknesses and devise ways to cut them out, in short he refocused.</p>
<p>&#8220;I was always honest about my weak points, this helped me grow. I think it&#8217;s the key to success in everything: be honest; know where you are weak: admit it.&#8221;</p>
<p>So his reality check allowed him to stay in control of his goals and to adjust his plans accordingly. Doing this stopped him from becoming to inward looking ad wandering off track. </p>
<p>&#8220;When I see that I have certain backward attitudes, I reason them out and work to make my outlook more realistic.&#8221;</p>
<p>Arnold also learned a lot through observing what other successful people do and what unsuccessful people do. This down to earth approach has often given him the edge on his rivals.</p>
<p>&#8220;Most of the people I observed couldn&#8217;t make astonishing advances because they never had faith in themselves. They had a hazy picture of what they wanted to look like someday, but they doubted they could realize it. Ultimately they didn&#8217;t put out the kind of effort I did because they didn&#8217;t feel they had a chance to make it. And of course, starting with that premise, they didn&#8217;t.&#8221;</p>
<p>Over the years Arnold had developed a winning mindset and mentality. He soon realized that this could be a applied to any area of life that he wished, I short he had developed a simple mind set for success.</p>
<p>In bodybuilding, there are big goals like winning Mr Olympia; there are medium-term goals such as attaining your ideal weight of 245 lbs with just 5% body fat; and there are lots of short term goals like: getting to the gym, eating enough protein, doing an extra rep for each exercise and so on. </p>
<p>Basically what Arnold did was to take this successful approach and apply it in exactly the same way as he did in bodybuilding to other areas of his life.</p>
<p>&#8220;In two or three years, I had actually been able to change my body entirely. That told me something. If I had been able to change my body that much, I could also, through the same discipline and determination, change anything else I wanted. I could change my habits, my whole outlook on life.&#8221;</p>
<p>Arnold was actually a millionaire way before he started his career in Hollywood and in learning about business, Arnold applied the bodybuilding-template to his studies. In exactly the same way he built up his acting career slowly but surely always with the end focus in mind.</p>
<p>Looking back at the achievements he has made during his life it is no surprise his philosophy on life is:</p>
<p>&#8220;The meaning of life is not simply to exist, to survive, but to move ahead, to go up, to achieve, to conquer,&#8221; </p>
<p>I strongly suggest you take a note of the tremendous success of Arnold&#8217;s life and realize that it was down to himself and the way he has used positive thinking throughout his life to achieve his goals. He wasn&#8217;t born lucky, or with anymore chance to succeed than you or I. Follow his template for success and you can also live a very fulfilling life.</p>

<p>Although I am a great believer in the power of positive thinking I also realise the dangers and pitfalls of this approach. If you have ever tried to kid yourself that everything will be fine and glossed over certain issues because you wanted to avoid them, or did not know how to deal with them&#8230; your misguided positive thinking has in all likelihood hindered you rather than helped you.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
I&#8217;m sure many of us have encountered the problem of the paying of bills and might be familiar with the following comments: &#8216;I&#8217;ll just put it on the plastic this month&#8217; or &#8216;Oh, It&#8217;ll be fine, I&#8217;ll find the money from somewhere.&#8217; Clearly things weren&#8217;t fine and in fact needed figuring-out and not glossing over.<span id="more-4279"></span></p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The biggest danger of doing this is that deep down you know that you are not confronting the issue and this thought remains in your mind, slowly growing until it ultimately manifests in your life. In this case your overdraft runs out, your credit card bills have doubled and so on. When this does happen you are then forced to accept that situation anyway and the fact that you have actually allowed this to happen though your own lack of action. A far cry indeed from positive thinking.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Now we are all aware of the folly of such an approach so how best could we tackle problem situations? Well, try tackling them head on for a start. By working them out with a positive approach you will both remove the nagging negative feelings at the back of your mind whilst also providing the best platform possible for your future success.</p>

I know what your probably asking now: &#8216;How can I confront a problem positively?&#8217;</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Well one way to do so is through a questioning approach. The premise behind this technique is the old addage:</p>

&#8216;Asking the best questions, invites the best results&#8217;</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Here are a few questions you may wish to ask yourself regarding any problem or issue you are trying to resolve:</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
What is the root cause of this problem?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
What am I thinking or doing to create this issue in my life?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
What contributing factors and circumstances are out of my control?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
What strengths do I have available to me to combat this situation?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
What are the possible options available to me to overcome this problem?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Whom could I ask for advice on this specific problem?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
What action can I take right now to start to resolve this situation?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Which path of action will be most beneficial to me long term?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Here is a more specific example: If your searching for direction in life, feeling life is too mundane, feeling in need of inspiration or motivation then try answering these questions honestly.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
1. What is my innermost desire for my life right now?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
2. What are my top goals for this month and year?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
3. Why are these the best goals for me to be aiming for?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
4. How can I most quickly and realistically achieve these outcomes?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
5. What am I doing to ensure that I am seizing the moment and actively manifesting these goals?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Questions are a great way of identifying exactly what your inner thoughts and feelings are. Whilst the answers may not become apparent immediately&#8230; once the mind has been questioned it then at least has the opportunity to provide the answer. If you don&#8217;t ask the question, you certainly are not going to get the answer!</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Many of the great minds of the world have been the ones that have also asked the best questions. In closing then do not overlook problems or difficult situations, instead view them as opportunities for you to achieve the best results through asking the best questions.</p>
