Homemade Bread Sticks

I have made these for my family and friends. They have always been a big hit.
To make my favorite bread sticks you will need a package of frozen bread dough. Remove 2 frozen loafs and let stand at room temperature until almost thawed but still firm.
Slice each bread dough into about 12 slices that are about inch thick.
Take each slice and roll in between your hands to form a rope. Lay it on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam Cooking Spray. After you have finished all the slices let them rise at room temperture for a couple of hours. After a couple of hours the rope bread slices will double in size and spread.
Preheat your oven to 350. While you are waiting for the oven to preheat, melt some butter in the microwave. Take the melted butter and brush onto the dough. After you have covered the dough in butter then sprinkel garlic salt lightly over the dough. Now shake Parmesan cheese over the dough.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until a nice light golden color. You may sprinke more Parmesan cheese on the warm bread sticks.
Serve with additional butter and your favorite dish and enjoy.
