Monkey Bread

This has a cool name, it is very good and easy to make. I made some of this for some office friends and it was a success. I like adding the cooking spice of cloves. It adds a nice flavor. You can also add raisins and walnuts as you layer the biscuits.
Monkey Bread
3 cans Pillsbury biscuits
cinnamon
sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of cloves (opionional)
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Make a cinnamon and sugar mixture to taste.
Open a can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4’s.
Roll biscuit pieces in cinnamon/sugar mixture until evenly coated. Place evenly around bundt pan sprayed with a non stick cooking spray.
In a sauce pan, melt butter, brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth and creamy. Mix in the 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves. You can use 1/8 of teaspoon for less clove flavor.
Pour over biscuits.
Place in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until cake is slightly crunchy on top.
Remove from oven. Place a plate on top of bundt pan (upside down) and flip so that cake falls out onto plate.
Enjoy
